Checkout Error "Enter the required information"

When checking out and after filling out all information on the email/name/address/phone form, I get an error that says "Enter the required information' But i cant find what the issue is. All of the information is entered.

Urgent!!! Did anyone resolve this, I am getting this exact same problem. Test mode worked but when I tried to process this payment I get this exact same problem. humblehuman.com.au

If this is happening to you or your clients, check that adblocking is not causing the issues. One of my users had pihole adblocking on their network that was causing the issue. Once they turned that off it worked as expected.

My physical products were listed at $0.00 and updated the price to $1.00 and 0.01c.  Cart started working in step 3 to add cc info, expiration date, and cvv.  Hope this helps.

Customer support told me that I needed to have either Squarespace payments or Paypal connected in order to do a test transaction. Since I am glitched out on adding either at the moment, I have not yet been able to test again. Hopefully others are having a smooth time with this!

Same thing is happening to me - so frustrating. Has anyone been able to fix this? The only way I can sell is if I make it free.

Hello. I am also having this problem. I contacted SS customer service over chat and they told me:

it looks like an issue with the connection between Stripe and Squarespace is causing unexpected behavior with the checkout page. From what we can see, Stripe is showing as connected on the site so it may have been disconnected on Stripe's end somehow.
 
To reestablish the connection, could you try disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe on the Squarespace site as outlined in our guide here?

As long as the Stripe account is connected properly, the checkout process should work as expected on the Squarespace site.

Any solution? Got the same message in Spanish ¨completa los campos obligatorios¨... Happening after filling 1. email, 2. Delivery address and 3. Billing address. But during test period, will it be solved when starting the subscription?
