Can't Invite a contributor

I'm trying to invite a contributor on my site, but the problem he isn't recieiving any mail for invitation. I have tried couple of times, but can't work.

Anyone please guide me what's the problem. Thanls!

If the invited contributor isn't receiving your invitation email, you can click their contributor profile under Invites Sent and copy the Invitation Link. You can then send this manually using your own email.

I'm having the same problem. I can't see an "Invites Sent" section tho'.

Do I have permissions to that as an Admin or is that section only available to the Site Owner?

 I can't see an "Invites Sent" section mentioned in the Help Notes

I am a site Admin. is that section only available to the Site Owner?

I recommend that you send the invitation to a different, known-good email address to see if this works. However, if you experience further issues, I encourage you to contact Squarespace Customer Support.
