How can I remove the border, magnifying glass icon and divisions between results on search page

I am trying to make my search page much simpler but none of the code I have used seems to be working in the custom CSS. All I am trying to is remove the borders, magnifying glass, and divisions between each search result.

Also does anyone know how I can make the text within the search bar the same as my website's body font?
