Creating an app in facebook business manager

Hi all,

I recently set up my facebook shop and connected my squarespace commerce account to the shop. However, my orders from the facebook shop are not showing up in my orders tab in SS comerce, which apparently is a known thing.

Here is what the meta chat told me since I cannot currently add a system user right now:

Upon checking the screenshot, it seems that it's asking to install/add an app. however, this seems to be a part of developer team. My only problem is that I am not able to reach out to my developer, so I need to figure this out on my own. I don't even know what the term "app" means in this context or how to create it or an app ID to add it to my business manager account. I have know id what step 1 is here, so any help would be much appreciated.
