Editing the <title> tag

Hello,

I've run an SEO audit and have been advised to edit the <title> tag on a few pages as it's duplicated on six pages. Is there a way of editing the code to give each page a unique title? Perhaps some way in the page settings, or do I need to upgrade?

I'm currently on a "personal plan".

I've attached some screen shots of the SEO report suggestion, the Squarespace page settings window and the line of code I need to access.
