Vidoe resize to make smaller to fit on full vh for user

Hi I am trying to make a video fit the full height of the users screen, i cant add it as as a background as it is over 1 minute long so have had to use a video block.

How do i get the video to contain to the sixe of the veiwing screen so the user does not have to scroll down... is this possible
