Confirmation emails going to junk folder - any recommendations?

Hello,

My customers are reporting that emails from scheduler@acuityscheduling.com are going to their spam/junk folders. This is most commonly happening with the large email handlers such as Gmail and Hotmail. 

One of my customers who is tech savvy suggested this may be due to a mismatch between the sender domain (acuityscheduling.com) and the reply-to domain (my company domain). 

Is there a way to add a DNS record to my company domain that lets email handlers know that acuityscheduling.com is safe for my domain and shouldn't go to spam?
