Acuity HELP! Trying to map fields in HubSpot - its an integration but there is NO support on the Acuity knowledge base

Have set up Acuity scheduling and trying to make it so when new people schedule through this module they also have a new contact record created in HubSpot. The integration is turned on and working. I've paid all the upgrade fees and have reached out to support multiple times with ZERO response. Any tips or resources to assist? Have registrants for events, but none of them are getting logged in or new contacts created in HubSpot? So the integration isn't working/must not be set up or mapped property.
