Contact and Follow buttons on footer not working

I'm trying to get a basic site up and running so I can start reaching out to potential clients. I used a template and its okay for now -- I'll hire an expert once I get clients, but there are some tweaks that are necessary. I posted on 99 Designs but no one seems to offer "tweaks." 

I added a footer with a "sign up for updates" and contact and follow buttons, but the buttons go to the Squarespace page and not to a contact form or my linkedin page.

Any ideas for this novice would be very much appreciated.
