Repeated issue with customer verification emails

We are having persistent issues with the customer verification emails being marked as Spam (especially, if not exclusively, with Gmail).

Domain is verified and regular EDMs deliver, however not for customer verification or reset password. I've tested this and (once I locate the email in Spam) it shows the email comes from our domain "via" squarespace.info.

What more can be done to ensure deliverability?

I'm experiencing the same issue with my clients who are trying to reset passwords, only they're not getting a reset email. I just tested it out myself and the same occurred. Nothing in junk or spam box. I have no way of correcting it because I don't even believe I have access to their password information from my standpoint. What's the deal, Squarespace?
