extract addresses from previous mailing

Have I put this in the wrong place? it’s been 2 weeks since I posted it with no response.

New to squarespace.  volunteering for a nonprofit 

The results of our first email campain included a list  of addresses who opened our mailing.  We want to use that list to create a new mailing list.  However it has proven problematic.  Here are the problems:

1. the list only shows the addresses - not the first/last names

2. the list is not alphabetized.

3. no way to search or manage the list

4. No way to copy  all the contents of the list - only 13 at a time

5. While copying 13 at a time the list closes abruptly with no way to easily return to where it crashed.

The best thing I could hope for would be to discover a way to extract the complete list with names  and create a new list from that in squarespace.

the second-best result would be to find a way to copy the entire list, including names, to my computer and use my own tools to buld a new list & upload it.

The third best result would be to discover an option to copy the contents of the list all at once then use my tools to pair down my existing lists to only these addresses. Then upload that.

The last resort is to copy the addresses 13 at at time and hope nothing happens while copying. This is where I am now. ;(
