Clickable Drop Down Menu within Header?

I'd like to add a dropdown menu to the Services page on my header so that customers can access one of the multiple galleries without having to scroll the services page to find the specific gallery they are interested in. I'd also like the services button itself to still be clickable like it is now and link to the OUR SERVICES page that it currently opens to if possible. I know I need to create a dropdown folder, but how do I make the header title "Services" itself clickable with the dropdown menu under it. 

I'm also aware that the dropdown menu might not work well for the mobile version of the website. Is there anyway to remedy this?

Currently I see you haven't added Folder to Services yet. You can add it, then we can test code easier
