On Squarespace, customers should be able to track their order by opening their order confirmation email and clicking VIEW YOUR ORDER.

This is the page where I checked that: https://threadsonline.co.uk/ and the server used is Squarespace, also I found that page here on the forum and I liked that tracking tool
