Redirect from Create Account to another live page

I'm trying to disable my website's Create Account function so that I can manually approve and create accounts through user form submissions instead. I'm looking to create a redirect for the Create Account page. I've removed the function off of the login panel, but I want to redirect the page completely. Does anyone know how to access this in the global code injection space as this pop-up page doesn't have a spot to inject code or any other ideas?
