TylerPWFriedman Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 Hello, I see that there is an option to limit bookings within a certain period of an appointment start time (for example, a cutoff of 1 hour before start). Is there an option to: 1. Maintain this 1-hr cutoff time for appointments with no current bookings, BUT 2. Exclude appointments that, as of the 1-hr cutoff time, do have bookings? For context: I offer walking tours multiple times a day and want to be able to manage my time and team of guides better. If an appointment time already has at least one booking, I want it to stay open until the start time to let more guests join. However, if an appointment time slot does not have any bookings one hour before it is scheduled to begin, I want that time slot to be "closed" so that we don't get last minute bookings and have to scramble to provide a guide.
