Need to display logo ON the header, but for now it is showing up behind it. Have tried changing z-index but does not work.

Please let me know of a way to show header behind the black overlay because it is not fully visible and prominent right now. How can it be fixed?

For some reason your logo is hidden just on the homepage, and not sure why. 

Try this code in the Custom CSS and see if it helps;

.homepage .header-title-logo {

visibility: visible !important;

}
