SaraCMP Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Hi! Does anyone know of a way to integrate a basic routing form before getting to the "choose appointment" page? We offer several types of initial complimentary consultations depending on the client's needs. Ideally, I'd like them to be able to tell us what service they are looking for and then be given the information for booking the right meeting type instead of going to the "Choose appointment" link and choosing from there. Just an extra layer of customer service. Note - we can do this in Calendly as a native feature or do a routing form in HubSpot connecting to Calendly, but I want to see if I can do it somehow in Acuity. Example: *I'd like to talk to someone about college admissions * I'd like to talk to someone about career coaching * I'd like to talk to someone about college transfer applications The selection would then route to the right meeting type to book. YasmineM Posted July 28 Posted July 28 I created a form on tally.so and embedded all the appointment types in the thank you page and show and hide them according to the choices of the form first page.
