Booking Widget visible in edit mode but not live website

I am able to see the booking widget in both mobile and web versions on edit mode, but in the live version it seems to disappear. Any ideas why this would be? This is the code:

Can you share your website URL and squarespace URL? Have you allowed embedding on both URLs?
