Spacing issue with embedded form

Hi! I have found an issue with inserting an embedded code form. 

Please see images of what it looks like in editor. Then a comparison in the live site. 

I have tried the embdded CSS code that's suggested "html.squarespace-damask .sqs-blockStatus {
    display: none !important;
}" but it's not working.

I see huge space under embed code only.

You can use this code to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS to fix space
