Create a free download - possible?

Is it possible to create access, via an email sign up, to a free video download? The link would be in the reply email. 

All I can see are ways to ask for payment. Creating a password protected page seems too much effort for someone to access a short video.

any response to this?   I also want to create either 

1.  a page of free downloads 

2.  enter your email address to receive a file ( either sent via email or take user to a down load page) 

 

pls help !

Create a page with a password, it's the only way to protect the page from non-email subscribers. Upload your files to the file manager and on the page create buttons for each file you have. It's common for videos to be larger than 20mb which is the file manager limit per file. In that case, upload your videos to Google Drive and create a link button to individual videos on the password-protected page and they can still be downloaded easily by the viewer.
