Improving Checkout Page UX: How to Reposition the Country Field for Better Visibility?

On the checkout page, the destination country is so far down on the page that many foreign customers think we don't ship to their country. As a result of this, I am losing sales.

Is there a way to move the Country field higher on the checkout page?

If this cannot be solved in some way, I may need to use a different eCommerce platform.
