DrieStone Posted April 1 Posted April 1 We signed up for the Squarespace Business plan which includes "Professional Email from Google*" and we used a 3rd party registrar for the domain (new domain, never used Google before on the domain). When I go to the "Google Workspace" option under Domains & Email, it's asking for me to sign up at $6/$12/$18. How do I access the one year free?

Did you pay for a full year of the Business Plan? Edited September 15 by paul2009 Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. zippy6 Posted September 19 Posted September 19 @paul2009 - same issue. Signed up for an annual business plan with the expectation of the free Google Workspace offer. However, upon trying to sign up for Google Workspace, I am asked for payment information. Is it the case that I sign up and SquareSpace credits the difference / doesn't charge? Or should there be no charge shown on the signup page?

Try the following steps: Go to the Google Workspace panel (click this link and then choose your website) Choose the Starter plan (Standard and Business Plus cannot be used with the offer) If Free Google Workspace Inbox appears in the Order summary then you are eligible for the free offer. If you cannot see this, I encourage you to get in touch with Squarespace Customer Support. Did this help? zippy6 Posted September 19 Posted September 19 @paul2009 - I should be eligible, but I do not see what you're suggesting in the Order Summary. Still waiting on a long-delayed response from SS Customer Support.

After selecting one of these options, you should then see the Order Summary. It should include a line that says "Free Google Workspace Inbox" which zeroes out the cost, something like this: Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017. zippy6 Posted September 20 Posted September 20 @paul2009 definitely not seeing that! Too bad I can't get anyone from SS to respond. Thanks for the insights. paul2009 1
