How to Remove a Track Package button from PayPal fulfillment customer notifications

Hello brilliant SS community,

We're using PayPal for order fulfillment. PayPal auto-generates a payment fulfilled receipt sent to our customer. The receipt includes a 'track package' button. Our client wants the button removed. 

According to PayPal, the button's presence depends on whether the seller provides tracking information through PayPal. We read this to be that the button is showing because tracking info is transmitted to PayPal via SS. We attempted a workaround by setting the physical products as services. This didn't work and the PayPal tracking button was still included in the receipt.

This seems like it may be a PayPal issue but there is little info we've been able to find to support tracking button removal. 

Does anyone have any thoughts to share how it may be possible to trigger a removal of the button from within SS?
