Top sections jumpy on load

Hi there,

My site seems to jump around (section below nav jumps to top of screen and back) in the initial stages of page loading, would dearly love to find a fix for this.

This is most noticeable on desktop view, but also seems a bit piggy on mobile.

Any help greatly appreciated.

If problem disappear, you should check again all custom code on your site

This is the CSS I have, but I've tried removing it and it makes no difference?

So you access the link and problems still appear or disappear? Just want to confirm problem from SS or custom code

Weirdly it seems to be behaving itself now. Sometimes (every 4th or 5th time) I press a page link on the nav bar and it jumps again, but on the whole a lot better. 

Not sure if that answers your question....
