Exclude product from Discount Code

Hey,

Is there a way we can exclude a product from discounts? We have a site wide Sale Event with multiple Store Page, so we have to use Discount applied to any orders, the exception is only for Subscription products. 

Can we add more exception to these discount code?

As currently, 7.1 forced us to pick only one store page for category discounts.

We want to launch a class that will take place in July, as we want to exclude the class from All the discount code.

Any helps greatly appreciated.
