Dark mode not working anymore

I installed dark mode from code & tonic. Everything was working fine until I touched a section of the Squarespace app. I will upload a screenshot of what exactly. After this the theme doesn’t work anymore and only the logo switches colors. I did t touch anything else and the header edit button doesn’t work anymore. I don’t know how to fix it. I tried removing and reinstalling the custom css and header codes but nothing works.  Website is www.dranthapo.gr

An update was released from code & tonic as this seemed to be a wider issue. Now the website loads in either light or dark mode but if you try to switch between them it gets stuck in dark mode and only the logo switches between color modes. It's really frustrating. website : www.dranthapo.gr
