API help after failed experience with someone on Fiver

Hey everyone!

So reaching out because I'm hoping someone out there can help me finish a project / essentially our website. We had paid someone on Fiver to add an API for Vivid Seats through the Impact.com affiliate program. The function was a search bar where people could put in an event and it would display the results then allowing the person to choose said event and get taken to Vivid Seats to complete their purchase. The search function worked for the last week. On Sunday I went to message the person on Fiver because we noticed that the search function was no longer working, there would just be a infinite wheel spin. That is when I received a message from Fiver that the individual was no longer a part of Fiver.

I'm not sure if they had some kind of code on their end that was running the search function or why all of a sudden it's no longer working but that is a crucial part of our website. 

If anyone out there is able to help out it would be greatly appreciated, we do have a small budget as the majority of it was lost in this Fiver individual.
