Saved Sections not showing in saved sections folder

Recommended Posts

If your saved sections aren't appearing in the saved sections folder, they might not have saved properly. Here's how to verify:

Go back to the page where you were editing. Re-save the sections you want to save: Click on the section you want to save. Click the three dots or gear icon for options. Select "Save to Library" or "Save Section." Once saved, check if they appear in the saved sections folder.

Ensure that your Squarespace CMS and browser are both up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues. Update Squarespace CMS and your browser to the latest versions available.

Clear Browser Cache

Sometimes, browser cache issues can interfere with the proper functioning of Squarespace CMS. Clearing your browser cache can resolve this. Here's how to do it in popular browsers:

Google Chrome:

Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

Go to "More tools" > "Clear browsing data."

Select "Cached images and files."

Click "Clear data."

I'm facing the same issue, clearing browsing data, cookies etc didn't help. I'm working with Chrome.

It works properly when I log in from Incognito. Any idea why's this happening?

If anyone is experiencing this issue after clearing your cache, trying incognito mode, and checking for Squarespace outages, you might need to disable scripts.

To do this, add /safe to the end of your Squarespace URL (after logging in and selecting your website.)

This will reload the page without scripts which disables any custom code that may interfere.

Good luck!!

I was experiencing the same issue and searched extensively without finding a solution, but your comment was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!
