Auto renew help

If this is in the wrong place I apologize. But, I can’t find any method to get help that works.

today we received an email stating our account would be suspended at the next billing date, April 7th. It said we should make sure auto renew is on. Well, it is and has been. Why the email? And do we need to do something else.

as an aside it’s very disappointing that getting help as a customer is too difficult
