Adding a second announcement bar to the bottom of one page

Hi all, 

I am trying to remove my announcement bar from the top of one page and add a different announcement bar to the bottom of that page. I have figured out how to remove it from the one page but still can't seem to figure out how to create a second announcement bar. I also would like to have the announcement bar with text aligned to the left and a hover button aligned to the right. 

Any ideas? thanks so much!

You can share page url, I can give code to move top announcement to bottom of site.

Or if you want to create a custom bar, you can add a section on that page, then we can use CSS code to make it fixed on bottom of page

You mean make this to custom bar in bottom?
