Now, neither she (the owner now) nor other administrators who have access to billing can connect a bank account to the website. I, the previous site owner, am the only one who can do it. Any ideas on why this is? Additional info: a similar issue has happened before where I was the only one who could edit payment-related information...
bruleee Posted May 29 Posted May 29 Hi! Were you able to resolve this? I am having the exact same issue with a client. I have transferred ownership to her but she is unable to add a bank account so she can be paid for her sales.
