Competing Popups

I have a Constant Contact email sign-up form in the footer which also appears as a popup. I never programmed it to be a popup but it just starting popping up once I added to the footer and fortunately that was a desired behavior.

Now we want to do a promotional pop-up and suspend the email pop-up. I have been testing this on an old/sandbox website https://marianne-monoc.squarespace.com and the promotional pop-up appears below the email pop-up. Note that this only happens on a clean load (aka no browser history for this website).

Is there a way to make the email sign-up pop-up disappear (or be suspended) while we have the promotional pop-up happening? I would prefer to not remove it from the footer but can.

I don't see Email Subscribe Popup Now. Did you solve problem or you have problem on specific page, if yes, can you share link to this page?

The email pop up is still there. It comes on after a few seconds (don't know how many exactly).

But I just got help from Constant Contact. I had to deactivate a pop up form and just leave the inline form embedded in the footer.

So I'm good, finally!!!
