Flodesk Inline form in footer is only showing on my home page, not every page

Still in the process of building our website.

Got the Flodesk code to work fine in the footer section.  But it only shows on the homepage.

All other pages show the rest of my footer, but the Flodesk code section shows as a blank space.

What might I be able to do to fix this?

Where did you add Flodesk code? You try adding it to Website > Website Tools > Code Injection > Footer

Yes, this is what I have already done. Any idea what might be going on with this?

The homepage is fine, but all other website pages show the embed as a blank space.  Pic attached for reference.

I've actually just managed to fix it!

I read the Flodesk article again just now.  Realised that it said I have to add the code in both the header code injection AND as a code section in the footer.
