Website has been scrambled, information missing

Hi there, 

My website was working perfectly fine this morning, and now when I go to it, my entire navigation is missing, and so are all the pages. 

A lot of information from a few months ago, is back on there, rather than all the updates I spent hours doing in the last few months. 

Please help!
