Change form structure based on user selections

Hi there,

I'm looking for a solution to create a dynamic contact form. The idea is to have the user click a checkbox and that changes what required fields show up next.

I looked at https://www.sqsmods.com/magic-drop but it needs a business or professional plan and this site is on a personal plan.

I'm looking for another plugin or perhaps hiring someone to write some custom code for the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anything that affects the functionality, as opposed to the styling, will need some amount of javascript, and for that you will need a business plan. This will be true whether you pay for a plugin or pay for someone to write you custom code.
