Styles and Colors for Website

1. The style and colors on the website are not functioning.  Getting a continuous spinning arrow and cannot change the colors on individual pages. The background colors changed to white without being edited.
2. When you click on the paint brush at the right top of the website, and select site styles, then colors, the arrows are circling, so you cannot make any changes.
3. No customer service or support.
