Cookies List from OneTrust after injecting the code are displayed at the bottom.

I have injected the script from OneTrust with cookies but if I do it in the header or footer, the Cookie list is displayed fully (currently at the bottom). This is not how it should be. I can't find on any other forum anyone having this issue. Any suggestions how I could solve this issue?

Can you send Cookies list code here & link to page where you have problem? We can check easier

I had the same problem and this helped me: 
in Google Tag Manager, I activated the feature "Support document.write" in the tag with cookie list.
