Domain Transfer Not Working

I created a new website since the trial has expired. (bought a domain)

I have this new account, with a new website I created and I wanted to transfer domain I own

but it won't let me. So I made the old account (where the trial has expired/which is using the domain) as Administrator of this new website.. still won't work.. Does anyone have the same problem as mine? How to fix it? Thank you
