Use www prefix

Hi,

I confirmed that the option "use www prefix" for my domain is on. But when I type www. domain.net chrome failed to load. When I type domain.net in the address bar. The website loaded just fine. Anyone have any idea what is happening here? Thank you for your help.

For those who has the same issue, you will need to set up both A and WWW host so both point to the same website.
