Integration problem with Stripe for donation payment

I am experiencing difficulty integrating Squarespace with Stripe to receive live payments and donations via credit cards.

In Squarespace, it shows payments is connected with Stripe.

But, in the last process of payment in our nonprofit Squarespace website shows an error message as follows:
This Connect account cannot currently make live charges. The `requirements.disabled_reason` property on the account will provide information about why this account is currently disabled. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed.

Squarespace said, Since we have confirmed the account is connected successfully, you will need to reach out to Stripe to address the declined charge.
Also, said, If you are seeing errors in your Stripe dashboard, you will need to reach out to Stripe.

Stripe said to copy their API keys and ask Squarespace for integration with Squarespace.

Both of them said to go to the other part and I don't know which one needs to be corrected.

I was guided by Squarespace to review the link of Overview of Commerce APIs but I am not clear what to do. 
And I was guided to read Developers Mode but I can't understand it as I am not developer.

Why is this integration so difficult?
Customer service guys suggested me to go Forum.
Please help me.

I'm having this same issue. I don't know where i'm supposed to be copying the live api code to.
