Cookie Banner: switch position so that the 'Accept' button is positioned to the right and the 'Reject' button is to the left

Is there a way to switch the position of the 'Accept' and 'Decline' button in the Cookie Banner? I want to show the 'Accept' button as the second option. Currently there is no way (or I don't see that option) to pick the order.
