Squarespace app does not find my Square Reader at check-out

I have the Squarespace app on my iPhone15 and the Square app.  I have followed the set-up instructions I think.  In the Square app my reader is connected, in my phone's bluetooth, my reader is connected.  When I try to check-out, the squarespace app says connect a reader to swipe, insert or tap.  It is not seeing my reader.

I am also having the same issue and cant find a solution
