Can't change the font of a Services section

Hi. I'm trying to change the font underneath the images in the photo. They're from a services section added to the page. I have scoured the assign styles section of changing fonts and for the life of me, I cannot change the size of the fonts. All I want to do is increase them by one size e.g. from Paragraph 3 to Paragraph 2 etc. Can someone please help me with this? Squarespace is unbelievably infuriating when it comes to fixing common sense issues like these. Thanks.

This is a list item, you should be able to find the font sizes in the list section settings under EDIT CONTENT -> DESIGN -> STYLE then click the 3 dots and you will have granular control over the font size for the heading and description. The reason this is set up like that, with the font size not set in the general style settings is to allow you to control each list section independently....though I completely understand that this isn't the easiest setting to find!
