Changing top content and meta data to coincide with the category page

Hi 

My shop is set up with categories applied. Currently I can't find a way that that allows me to change the the top content and SEO/Meta data to coincide with the category.  No matter which category I choose or edit, the top content applies to all categories within the shop. 

This is the main page

These are the sub categories.

Is there a way I can change the top content and meta data for each category? I can't seem to find this detail anywhere.

You mean change this text on each page?

for example this page, something like this
