Main navigation links to page plus dropdown?

I've searched for a post on this with no luck even though it seems like it'd be a fairly common question:

Is it possible to have Top level navigation items link to a page when they also contain a dropdown?

Screen shot attached for reference. I'm looking for a way for the dropdown to appear on hover but for "About" to also link to a landing page.
