Looking to create a carousel that has a menu to the right of it

Hi wondering if anyone can help or give direction. Im look to create a carosel that has a menu to the right of it.  Something like the attached.

The content to the left will have a image, text and a button. 

The right hand side is a nvigation menu. click the links and the slide to the left changes.

Hi Amy! I've used Will Meyers' Tabs plugin to achieve this effect! Great plugin, and top notch support should you need it. 

this would work, but ideal be doing this for free as on budget! Thank you though!

It's harder to set up and doesn't off the same form that you're looking for, but if you're good with coding and can customized it yourself with more code then you can save $20.
