Shape Block Not Showing on Live Site

Hello,

I have used a few shape blocks in my website to highlight key information and to add an inset background colour. It works fine when I'm editing the site, but for some reason, when i save and am not in editing mode or when i view live, these shape blocks don't show. 

Has anyone seen this issue arise? If so, how can i make sure this shows correctly?

hey @Ziggy sorry i didnt see your reply. yes the website is: https://www.kellycoaching.org and its on the homepage

I don't know this, but you can fix it temporarily by using this code to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS

Having trouble with this as well.  What's the glitch?

I am also having this issue, has a solution been found? It's really messing up my website.

Can you provide your website URL and the location of the shape block as well as any details about the problems you have?

Hi Ziggy, yes, my website url is www.studiokva.com. I have placed several shape blocks throughout my website {design}. As you scroll through the website you'll just see all of this space with what appears to be no words. First set of blocks would be on the homepage, the absence of the shape blocks is most noticeable here. Then on my contact page, the shape blocks have been replaced by these black lines. The same has occured for some images on my services page.

Hi, we are having a similar issue on our site too. Non of the shape block are displaying across our site meaning links are not obvious and its changing the overall look of website. Does anyone know how to fix this? The shapes are there as you an see outline on edit mode but you can't see full shape on edit or live site? Shared an example of how shapes should be displaying. Hello, thanks for your reply. 

Our website URL is - https://www.thelivinghouse.co.uk/ 

We've had the shapes on our site for a while now so not sure why suddenly there not displaying? It looks like we could have the text with a background but it is a across the site issue so would be a lot changes.

That's a strange bug, I would recommend trying to contact Squarespace Support:

https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#choose-topic

Or you could try duplicating the section to see if that changes anything or replacing one of the shape blocks.
