Shipping costs for multiple sizes and quantities

I have an Ecommerce site with squarespace and I am having trouble figuring out to properly create and implement shipping rates. We are a printing service that can provide multiple sizes. We can fit multiple prints of different sizes into one box. The issue I am having is making sure that when my customers order more than one size, they will not be charge multiple shipping costs but rather be only charged for the largest size.
