Mangomolo Website Design---Need Code Help

Hello All,

My first post!!!

I came across a website, www.Mangomolo.com and this is the way I've always wanted my home page to be.  Unfortunately it requires code so Squarespace cannot help me.  

Looking for a full bleed slideshow, with videos and button links.  Is this something someone can help me with?

Hi @Phillip11223 this is certainly a page that could be created with some coding, but also shouldn't require so much code that it would be difficult to build and manage. What type of help are you looking for?

I'm looking for the coding to build a page like Mangomolo.  

For a start you would need this plugin (or one similar):

What else you need will depend on the content you have, I don't see any areas that have specific functionality that would need code.

Can you have videos in this slideshow?  Doesn't say.

This plugin creates a slideshow from sections, so anything you can put in a section you can have in the carousel. 

When you add a video to a section, can it autoplay and not have a play button?

If you have it as a background video it will autoplay. 
If you upload a video directly to a video block (rather than adding via YouTube or Vimeo) you can set it to autoplay (if muted).

Just paid $10 for this and it doesn't work.  Their customer service is a 2-3 day wait 🙄

What do you mean by doesn't work?

I put the codes in exactly as stated and nothing is happening.  Watched the video several times.  His squarespace version isn't even the same as mine.
Then I saw the part about it being a personal plan, so I followed those instructions and nothing is happening.

Can anyone help with this?

I think you should remove the post with the plugin info as it probably shouldn't be shared publicly. 

I'm not sure how to help you without a consultation and going through your website to check your setup.

A consultation how? 

You recommended I purchase that plug in, which I did.  It's supposed to be plug and play, which is clearly not the case.  The video they have isn't even updated to the correct Squarespace format.  I have a basic Squarespace 7.1 webpage with no other code in it.  

It's the plugin used in the website you shared as what you wanted from a design.
