Need to raise div above header

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I'm currently building my portfolio and need some help with my home page hero/header.

I've added a screenshot below of how I want my home page to look on first load (Desired Design.png).

I know a bit of CSS and have been able to get the title into position using either margin-top or just top, but no matter what I do, it always sits underneath the header/nav bar. So rather than being cut off at the top of the page, it gets cut off by the header and it just looks odd - I've attached a screenshot (Current Build.png).

I've tried to play with the z-index but I'm not having much luck and would really appreciate some help. I'm only on the personal account, so I can't inject code, which kinda sucks as I'm a paying customer. I'll have to switch to WebFlow if this isn't possible

Password to my site is: Ro$$M^dd

Thanks in advance,

Ross
